Zap for Stripe Payment to QBO Journal Entry
This Zapier zap records a journal entry in QuickBooks Online to record Stripe payments received.
Why? Avoid the pain of manual journal entries to adjust Stripe deposits to reflect the transaction fees.
How? Magic of Zapier => A Stripe payment triggers the Zap. Info about the transaction is captured and used to create a 2 journal entries in QBO:

JE 2: Stripe Fee

Note: It is assumed the the invoice payment is already captured through an integration between your invoicing system and QBO. FWIW, We use 17Hats for invoicing. The invoice payment is pushed to QBO as:
